施麒,男,1987年生,哲学博士,粉末冶金研究室副主任(主持工作),硕士生导师。
从事钛及稀有金属粉末冶金研究,发表SCI论文25篇,申请发明专利17件,授权8件,参与编写专著1部,参与制订国家标准1项,团体标准1项。主持国家、省市级项目4项,参与5项,受企业委托项目10余项。
